Ok ok let me first say this i dont have a drivers licence nor can i afford the insurance. this is a great bike/scooter/moped. its awesome hands down. the only problem i will have to say is that it didnt come with intructions on how to put some things together so i had to inprovise my own way. it came out well. when i took it on its first cruise. i was blown away by the speed of the scooter. its said that a max speed is about 20mph but i seen as i was going down hill at about 35mph. i guess it depends on your weight i weigh approx 244lbs. so thats great. dont be fooled by these negative reviews. they are people who have cars and gas powered scooters and expecting way too much for a electric scooter. this is also perfect for a teen going back and forth to school but they will have to be responsible locking it up though. but overall no complaints at all. i will reccommend this to anyone who needs a good way of transportation and cant afford a car or dont have a licence. take care.
