The front tire is an 8”inflatable number which deal with bumps well. Pneumatic is always a better choice than solid rubber, even with the risk of punctures. Especially since there no real suspension beyond that bit or air cushioning.
A moped spews more filth into the atmosphere than an 8-cylinder SUV. You didn’t know that? You would if you’ve ever been trapped behind one at a red light. One study found that these tiny vehicles generate amounts of pollution “several orders of magnitude higher than the limit values admissible in Europe and the USA.” As the study authors put it, “Waiting behind a moped in traffic may, therefore, constitute a considerable health risk.” Not good.
Below there is a nice, short video that explains the main points to consider when thinking of buying an an electric scooter. As there are so many different types to choose from, it can be a little confusing when you first research the subject. The various Brands all focus on different features and functions of their products as this gives them a way to differentiate themselves in the market. However, do not be unduly swayed by the sales material.
The black plastic retainers in the pic above were designed by Bernd on a computer screen, and then he ordered them to be made from a 3D printing service. They were surprisingly cheap and arrived quickly in the mail.
The Swagtron Swagger is a medium and compact high speed electric scooter for adults. It is for people on a tight budget but  having the desire to enjoy the services offered by a motorized scooter for adults. Based on its size and the size of motor (29.4 V), I was expecting it would be difficult to ride but I found to be pretty easy. It is good on a level ground and slight inclines. It was found to slow down on slopes having sharper gradients.
However, its charge lasts bit lesser (10 miles per charge cycle) when compared to other 2 models featured in this list. Again, taking consideration of the low price, this makes UbserScoot, a cost-effective choice as an electric scooter for adults.
My Take: The Swagtron Swagger is one of the best electric scooter for adults I have ever tried on a small budget. The wires are well hidden unlike other models of self balancing electric scooters. I purchased the white coloured one and this attracts a lot of attention on the streets. People are even more astonished when I fold it and carry it in hand with minimal effort (thanks to the carbon fiber). Its weight (17 lbs) is almost half the weight of other e-scooters which usually weigh between 20 to 70 lbs. Ladies, there is no reason why you shouldn’t have the pink Swagger to slay across the streets. Next time am going flying I can even carry the e-scooter with me as it complies with TSA rules.  The battery is fairly good as I could do about 8.5 miles on average on different types of surfaces including at night with the headlight on. I found the charging time to be around 1.5 hours. This is a scooter for a light user in relatively flat areas with minimal rough spots.

Moped is “any vehicle with pedals to permit propulsion by human power, having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels; with a motor rated not in excess of 2 brake horsepower and not capable of propelling the vehicle at a speed greater than 30 mph on level ground; and with a power-drive system that functions directly or automatically without clutching or shifting gears by the operator after the drive system is engaged.” These vehicles can be operated on the roadways, no title is required, but registration is. However, if the top speed is limited to 20 mph even if it looks like a moped, it can be classified as electric bikes and thereby avoid the registration requirements for mopeds (e.g. Gigabyke Groove fits this category).
